Left-sided midfielder born in Camden who started his career at Tottenham. Andrew spent seven years at White Hart Lane from the age of 11 and progressed through Spurs' youth sides up to the reserves. During the 1999/00 season he played for Ireland's Under-16's team. He was released by Spurs at the end of the 2000/01 campaign.

Andrew signed a two-year contract with Bristol City in April 2001 but never appeared in City's first team and in February 2003 he had a trial at Bristol Rovers where he played for the reserves. He was released by Bristol City at the start of March 2003.

Andrew then joined Braintree for the remainder of the 2002/03 campaign and made four Isthmian League Premier Division appearances for them before leaving the club at the end of the season.

After a few months out of football Andrew linked up with Cambridge City during the early part of the 2003/04 campaign and played for the reserves before moving on to Waltham Forest in November 2003.

He went on to make 16 Isthmian League Division 1 South appearances for Forest (six as sub) and scored once during the remainder of the 2003/04 season.

After another spell out of the game Andrew signed for Folkestone in October 2004 and scored twice from 20 outings for them up to the end of 2004/05.

In the summer of 2005 he featured in some of Margate's friendlies and Andrew was signed on for the 2005/06 campaign. He made his debut as a substitute in a 2-1 defeat at Staines in the Isthmian League Premier Division on 23.8.05 and Andrew's next appearance, also as sub, came in a 0-0 draw with Redbridge at Hartsdown Park on 29.8.05. The Thanet Times said he was "lively" after coming on and he had two more outings as a substitute in Margate's next three matches.

After he'd featured in a 4-0 home win over Cowes in the FA Cup on 10.9.05 Andrew missed four games and his next appearance from the bench came in a 1-1 draw with Billericay at Hartsdown on 4.10.05. He then came on in a 3-0 home defeat against Cray in the FA Cup on 8.10.05 but that was Andrew's last game for Margate. He was released a few days later having made six sub appearances and manager Chris Kinnear told the Thanet Times "Andrew's got one or two clubs to go to. It's best he moves on as he's only a young lad and wants to be playing regular football."

A few weeks after leaving Margate Andrew linked up with Ashford but only played once for them before dropping out of senior football for the best part of three years.

He briefly resurfaced at Chatham in September 2008 but only made one substitute appearance there before leaving the club.
