Locally born striker who spent time as part of the AFC Margate youth setup before switching to Margate for the 2005/06 campaign. Dan played in the Under-15's during that season and progressed through the junior ranks to Margate's reserves by the end of 2008/09.

On 8.8.09 he featured as a substitute as Margate lost 1-0 at Chatham in a friendly and Dan was a regular in the reserves throughout the 2009/10 campaign.

On 30.3.10 he made a one-off appearance for the first team in a 2-0 defeat at Welling in the Kent Senior Cup and at the end of the season Dan left the club.

He joined Kent League outfit Deal for the start of 2010/11 before dropping into local amateur football.

In the summer of 2011 Dan signed for Ramsgate and became a regular in their reserve team before making his senior debut as a substitute in a 5-1 defeat at East Thurrock in the Isthmian League Cup on 13.12.11. He also made one sub appearance for the Rams in the Isthmian League Division 1 South during 2011/12.

In September 2012 Dan rejoined Margate and became a fixture in the reserves for the remainder of the 2012/13 campaign.

During the opening months of the 2013/14 season Dan signed for Canterbury of the Southern Counties East League.
