Bromley-born player who first played for Margate's reserves during the 1968/69 season and won the Banks Cup for being the club's most promising junior player. At the time Graham was also playing for Westgate Colts in the Thanet League.

During the 1970/71 season he made two first team appearances, making his debut in a 3-1 Kent Floodlight Cup defeat at Bexley on 21.4.71. Graham then made four further appearances during the 1971/72 campaign.

He also made a single first team appearance during the 1972/73 season, playing in a Kent Floodlight Cup tie at Hastings on 15.11.72 that Margate lost 6-0. He captained the reserves during the campaign and was second reserve for the FA Cup tie with Tottenham in January 1973. In fact Graham almost played due to a 'flu bug that swept the squad.

He then spent the whole of the 1973/74 campaign in the reserves and played for them throughout the 1974/75 season too. Graham also made one further first team appearance, playing in a Kent Messenger Trophy tie against Ashford at Hartsdown on 3.4.75.

He was still captain of the reserves during the 1975/76 season and played once for the first team in a Kent Floodlight Trophy tie at Ramsgate on 8.4.76. It turned out to be Graham's last senior appearance and he left the club at the end of the campaign when the reserve team was disbanded for financial reasons.

He then moved to the Guildford area and went on to have spells with several Surrey clubs.

Graham played for Woking's reserves (1976/77-1977/78), Camberley (1977/78), Westfield (1978/79-1980/81) and finally Combined Counties League club Guildford & Worplesdon (1981/82-1982/83).

In October 1983 he returned to Hartsdown to play for Thanet United's reserves and then dropped into local football.

He played the last football of his career during the 1990's when he turned out for Thanet League club Margate Athletic Old Boys whose squad of veterans also included a host of other former Margate / Thanet players.

During the early 1970's Graham wrote some Margate match reports in the local press whilst he was playing for the club.

In 2003 he was living in Broadstairs and regularly playing golf with Terry Morris at North Foreland.
