Locally-born attacker who spent over ten years in Margate's youth ranks and progressed from the Under-10's during 1990/91 through to the reserves by 1999/00.

Jamie was a regular in Margate's reserves during the 2000/01 season and on 13.2.01 he made a one-off appearance for the first team as a substitute in a 2-1 defeat at Dover in the Kent Senior Cup. He then resumed his second X1 duties for the remainder of the campaign and towards the end of the season Jamie was sent off for throwing a punch as the reserves lost 4-1 to Thamesmead at Chatham in the Kent Intermediate Cup Final.

In the summer of 2001 he joined Ramsgate and Jamie went on to spend a couple of years at Southwood. He was sent off four times during the 2002/03 campaign and during 2003/04 Jamie moved on to Herne Bay.

In November 2004 he rejoined the Rams but left the club again at the end of the season and dropped into local amateur football.

Jamie played for Active Signs in the Thanet Sunday Football League during 2005/06 and 2006/07 and by 2010/11 he was turning out for Windsor Decor. He was back at Active for the start of the 2011/12 season.

Jamie's uncle Steve was a popular player for Margate and Thanet United in the 1980's.
