5' 7" tall midfielder born in Isleworth, near Hounslow who started his career with Brentford. Karle played for the Bees' youth team during the 2005/06 season and in August 2006 he was given a professional contract by manager Leroy Rosenior.

On 9.9.06 Karle made his first team debut aged 17 as a 66th minute sub in a 1-1 draw at Leyton Orient in League One and on 17.10.06 he started for the first time as Brentford drew 0-0 at Northampton in the Football League Trophy. By the end of the 2006/07 campaign Karle had made six senior appearances (three as sub) without scoring and he sometimes played alongside future Margate player Ryan Peters for the Bees.

Karle couldn't break into Brentford's side at the start of the 2007/08 season and in September 2007 he was loaned to Margate. He made his debut as a substitute in a 1-1 draw with AFC Wimbledon in an Isthmian League Premier Division game at Hartsdown Park on 25.9.07 and Karle's appearance meant that Margate fielded two players with double-barreled surnames in a match for the first time since 1906 - goalkeeper Scott Chalmers-Stevens being the other player. Margate's player-manager Robin Trott spoke to the Isle of Thanet Gazette about Karle following the Wimbledon game and said "Karle's very young. He played eight games for Brentford's first team last season. He's sort of like a Lee Protheroe type who can play and he's nippy like Justin Skinner. It's good to get him down here and he's a nice lad too."

After making one more sub appearance Karle started in midfield for the first time as Margate lost 3-2 at home to East Thurrock in an Isthmian League Cup tie on 2.10.07 and he also started the next two matches. On 13.10.07 he came on as a sub in a 4-3 defeat at Hitchin in the FA Cup and that was Karle's last outing for Margate. He then went back to Brentford having made six appearances (three as sub).

In January 2008 Karle was released by Brentford without featuring in the first team during 2007/08 and he then had a few months out of football.

He joined Combined Counties Premier League outfit Egham for the start of the 2008/09 campaign and Karle spent three seasons there. He was usually known as Karle Andrews during his time with the club.

In the summer of 2011 he signed for Hampton & Richmond of the Conference South and after starting the 2011/12 campaign in the reserves Karle broke into the first team halfway through the season. He was usually called Karle Carder by then.

In January 2012 he told the Hounslow, Heston & Whitton Chronicle "I'd like to think I could play in the Football League again. My head wasn't right when I was released by Brentford because they didn't give me a proper reason. Terry Butcher had brought in all the old heads, and the club was in a bit of turmoil. I got a bit overweight and went to Egham to get fit but ended up staying three years. I had to play as a holding midfielder as I couldn't make it up and down the pitch. That is naturally where I have kept playing for Hampton, but I do like to get forward. I've still got to get my fitness up a bit, but I'd like to play a more attacking role." Karle couldn't prevent Hampton from being relegated to the Isthmian League Premier Division but signed a new contract ahead of the 2012/13 campaign.

In March 2013 Karle left Hampton having only featured in eight league matches (five times as a sub) and he then had a brief spell with Chipstead of the Isthmian League Division 1 South.

Karle made three league appearances (two as sub) for Chipstead before joining Sandhurst of the Combined Counties League Premier Division.

He made his debut for Sandhurst in a game at Raynes Park Vale on 30.3.13 and Karle got the only goal of the game. He went on to score a total of eight times in ten outings up to the end of the season. He was also sent off in a 1-0 win at Dorking on 18.4.13.

In July 2013 Karle rejoined Hampton & Richmond.
