Kevin made his debut in a 1-1 draw at Waterlooville on 17.12.83 and marked the occasion by scoring with a superb header. He played as a striker and went on to make a total of eight appearances (one as sub) during the weeks that followed. Kevin often featured in midfield and the Isle of Thanet Gazette said that he was "razor-sharp" during a 2-2 draw at Chatham on 26.12.83. However after coming on as a substitute in a 2-1 home defeat against Addlestone & Weybridge on 4.2.84 Kevin left the club.
