A disappointing season in the league but we won the Kent Senior Cup with a 2-0 victory over Maidstone United at their ground. With attendances falling at both clubs, talks were held with Ramsgate about a merger to form Thanet United to play at a new ground at Westwood but nothing came of the idea.
