There then followed a brief stay at Grays Athletic before he signed for National Conference South team Wealdstone in 2017-18. In January 2019, Glenn joined Hornchurch on dual registration.
He spent 2019-20 at Enfield Town but in 2020 joined East Grinstead Town. Glenn stayed with East Grinstead until the end of 2024-25 when he retired from playing.
