Player Profile:

Ben started his career in Gillingham’s youth set-up and joined National League side Bromley during 2020-21. He was loaned out to Lewes shortly after signing.

Ben then had spells at Welling United, Concord Rangers, Hungerford Town, Aveley and Chatham Town, before finishing 2023-24 at Haringey Borough.

Ben started 2024-25 at Dartford and scored twice in a 6-2 home FA Cup win over Marlow on 31.8.24.

He moved to Margate in October and scored on his Margate debut against Eastbourne Town on 26.10.24, notching the fourth goal in a 4-0 win. Ben had a penalty saved in the next match, a 3-0 defeat at Herne Bay in the Kent Senior Cup on 29.10.24.

Ben was effective as an impact sub and five of his nine goals during 2024-25 were when he had come off the bench, including the final goal in the 4-1 win at Ramsgate on 21.4.25. His most memorable strikes, however, were in a game he started - two late goals in a 3-2 win at Hythe Town on 18.1.25 when Margate had been trailing 2-1 with the match going into injury-time.
