Reece joined Margate in summer 2023 aged 18 on a dual-registration basis from Dartford.

He played in the first two matches of the 2023-24 campaign - a 2-1 win at home to Whitehawk on 12.8.23 and a 4-1 defeat at Hornchurch on 15.8.23. Harry Seaden then joined the club and became first choice keeper for the rest of the season.

In August 2024, Reece appeared for the club in pre-season and joined Margate officially after completing his time at the Dartford academy to compete with Tom Wray for the goalkeeper spot.

Reece made ten appearances during the season, including one as a sub in a 1-0 defeat at AFC Croydon Athletic on 15.2.25 when Tom Wray was sent off. He saved a late penalty in a 1-0 home win over Ashford United on 26.4.25.

In December 2025, Reece went to SCEFL side Rusthall on dual registration.
