Player Profile:

Full-back Freddy came through the youth set-up at Charlton Athletic before being released in 2021. After attracting interest from Watford, he joined Bowers & Pitsea making three appearances before signing for Cray Wanderers where he stayed for the rest of the 2021-22 season.

Andy Drury signed him for Margate in August 2022. Drury told the club website: "I worked with Freddie at Cray last season and he is a brilliant full-back that is versatile. Signing Freddy may allow us to change the way we play and the positions of other players to get more from them."

Freddy made his debut as a sub in a 1-1 draw at home to Horsham on 26.8.22. He soon gained a regular place in the starting XI and finished the campaign with 44 appearances (including seven as sub). He scored once, which was in a 5-2 defeat at Canvey Island on 11.3.23. He played in the Kent Senior Cup Final against Chatham Town at Priestfield on 3.5.23 that Margate won on penalties.

In summer 2023, Freddy signed for Folkestone Invicta but left the club in December that year.
