Player Profile:

Daniel was at Tottenham Hotspur from the age of nine until 19. He was top scorer for Tottenham’s under-18s in 2013-14 and became a regular for their under-21s during the following campaign.

He joined Brighton & Hove Albion on trial at the end of 2014-15 and signed for the Seagulls in July 2015, playing for the U21s and U23s.

In February 2016, he went on a 28-day loan to Margate. Manager Nikki Bull told Kent Online he had been alerted to Daniel by Bull’s former Aldershot team-mate David Lee, who was working for Margate as a recruitment consultant. Bull said: "Daniel fits the mould of player we want, he's young, he's quick and he puts himself about. He also works hard.”

He scored twice on his Margate debut – a 2-1 win at home to Basingstoke on 13.2.16. His debut was cut short by a knee injury and in the next match – a 3-2 win at Chelmsford City on 20.2.16 - he was replaced at half-time with an ankle problem. He then returned to his parent club.

At the end of the 2015-16, he was released by Brighton and signed for Margate permanently. Bull told Kent Online: "Daniel was someone I identified as a target even before the season finished, once I knew he was being released by Brighton. It's been a case of waiting because he’s been having trials with league clubs. Obviously, he wanted to stay in the league, but once he knew that was not likely to happen he was happy to speak to us and we are delighted to have him.”

Daniel scored coming off the bench in a 2-1 defeat at Wealdstone on 13.8.16 - a feat he repeated in a 2-1 home win versus East Thurrock on 6.9.16. He scored in successive matches against Hemel Hempstead (a 2-1 home win on 8.10.16) and a 2-1 FA Cup win at Hastings United on 11.10.16.

Daniel finished the season having made 41 appearances, including ten as sub. He scored six goals.

In August 2017, he signed for Norwegian club FK Gjøvik-Lyn before moving in early 2018 to Dutch side HSV HOEK where he played until the end of the 2018-19 season.

Daniel returned to England and joined Hornchurch but was released in September 2019 having made a handful of appearances. He was briefly at Cheshunt before joining Great Wakering Rovers. A spell at Haringey Borough followed.
