Player Profile:
Having started in his native country with the academy at Ligue 2 side Paris FC, midfielder Julien moved to England in early 2013 to try his luck with Fareham Town of the Wessex League. He joined Whitehawk in the Isthmian League but soon moved on to Queens Park Rangers where he appeared for the Under 23s before an ankle injury forced him out of the game for a year.
Julien's next move was to Spain where he played for the now defunct Ontinyent in the Segunda Division B. He returned to England and made a solitary appearance for Waltham Forest in 2017.
He was then on the move again, signing for Larne in Northern Ireland. He only made a handful of appearances before being sacked for "a serious breach of club discipline" in January 2018. He joined another Northern Irish side, Carrick Rangers, where he saw out the 2017-18 season.
In the summer of 2018, he was back in England, signing for National League South team Welling United where he was a mainstay in their team, scoring 13 goals in 40 league games.
He joined Margate on loan early in the 2019-20 campaign and made his debut in a 2-0 home win over Lewes on 24.8.19.
Julien had made 12 appearances before returning to Welling in November 2019. He had a spell with Dartford later that season.
A stint with Barking was ended by a knee injury. Pre-season 2020-21 was spent with Dover Athletic but by this point Julien was beginning to lose his appetite for the game and stopped playing for a while.
Julien then joined Cray Valley in October 2022, helping them to the Isthmian South East title in 2023-24, and was released in March 2025.
