Player Profile:

Korrey was with West Ham United as a youngster. After being released by the Hammers in summer 2018, he signed for League Two side Yeovil Town on a one-year contract. He made his first-team debut for the Glovers on 11.8.18 as a sub in a 2-2 home draw against Mansfield Town.

In September 2018, Korrey joined Southern League Premier Division South club Poole Town on an initial one-month loan.

In February 2019, his contract with Yeovil was terminated by mutual consent having only made five appearances for the club. He signed for National League side Braintree Town until the end of the season.

In June 2019, he signed for Bromley. He moved on loan to Welling United for one month in November 2019. He returned to Bromley and made one appearance before joining Welling on a permanent basis.

In September 2020, he signed for fellow National League South side Dulwich Hamlet. Korrey returned to Braintree Town ahead of the 2021-22 season but joined Leatherhead in September 2021. He moved on to Merstham the next month. In July 2022, he signed for Kingstonian.

Korrey came to Margate in September 2022, making his debut as a sub in a 2-5 home defeat to Enfield Town on 24.9.22.

His first start for the club was in the next game, a Kent Senior Cup tie at Faversham Town on 27.9.22, and Korrey scored a hat-trick in a 5-0 win. He also scored in a 3-3 draw at home to Haringey Borough on 4.10.22 and in a 2-0 win at home to Canvey Island on 15.10.22. His final goal for Margate was in a 2-2 draw at Bishop’s Stortford on 26.11.22.

Korrey was sent off during injury time in a 2-1 home loss to Hastings United on 20.12.22. Peter Ojemen had also been dismissed in the same game. That was Korrey’s last appearance for the club. He then had another spell with Braintree Town.

Korrey returned to Merstham in September 2023. Their top scorer, he was named Supporters’ Player of the Season for 2023-24. He scored against Margate in a 3-3 draw in Surrey on 12.4.25.
