Player Profile:

James started his career with Charlton Athletic's academy and had loan spells at Sittingbourne and Whitehawk. He then played U21 and U23 football for Bromley before joining Beckenham Town at the start of 2025-26.

James made 11 appearances for Beckenham, the last one saw him given a red card in a 1-1 draw at home to Erith Town on 2.12.25. He joined Margate in January 2026 and made his debut in a 1-1 draw at Sevenoaks Town on 17.1.26. James saved a penalty in a 3-2 defeat at home to Eastbourne Town on 24.1.26. James dislocated his knee in a 2-1 win at AFC Croydon Athletic on 31.1.26 but, without a sub keeper on the bench, still managed to play the full match.
