Player Profile:

Goalkeeper who started his career with Hounslow before being signed by 3rd Division club Fulham as an amateur in September 1969. He was 18 years old at the time.

The Cottagers signed Micky as cover for first choice Ian Seymour, a former Tonbridge player, during something of a goalkeeping crisis at the club and he played eight times for the reserves before joining Margate on loan in December 1969.

Micky made his debut on 26.12.69 as Margate beat Dover 4-0 in a Southern League Premier Division game at Hartsdown Park and also featured in a 3-1 win at Dover on 27.12.69 before returning to Craven Cottage.

After going back to Fulham Micky played once more for the reserves before the end of the 1969/70 season and then left the club.

He initially returned to Hounslow and then later had a spell with Harlow. Micky was on their books when he was tragically killed in a road accident in November 1973.
