Scottish amateur international forward who had a brief spell with Margate during the 1949/50 season.

Frank joined the club in December 1949 having previously played for Worcester City in the Southern League. He made just one appearance for the first team - in a 4-3 Kent League Cup win over Royal Marines Chatham at Hartsdown on 3.12.49. Frank left the club soon afterwards.
