Player Profile:
Diminutive forward who started his career with Bromley, first appearing for them during the 1956/57 season. Micky stayed with the club until the end of 1959/60 and at that time he was still doing his National Service in the army.
Micky joined Tooting & Mitcham in the summer of 1960 and he went on to make 25 appearances for them during the 1960/61 campaign, scoring ten goals.
He then moved to Wimbledon and made 159 appearances there, scoring 32 goals, in a spell that spanned the 1961/62-1965/66 seasons.
Micky left London to join Sittingbourne in October 1966 before coming to Margate towards the end of April 1967 on a short-term contract.
He made one first team appearance, in a 4-2 Southern League win over Banbury at Hartsdown on 29.4.67, but was released at the end of the 1966/67 season.
Micky then moved to Canterbury for the 1967/68 season and made 34 Southern League appearances (six as sub) during the campaign. He scored three goals in those games.
In the summer of 1968 Micky joined Gravesend & Northfleet and he made 31 appearances (two as sub) without scoring for the Fleet during the 1968/69 season before leaving the club.
