Winger who was part of Colchester United’s Under 23 squad. He had a loan spell at East Thurrock United in 2017-18.

He came on an initial month’s loan to Margate in September 2018. He made his debut in a 3-2 FA Cup win at Hartsdown over Horndean on 8.9.18.

Margate joint manager Mike Sandmann told Kent Online: "We need more attacking options and George will help us in that respect. I know his agent well and (Steve) Browny has also seen him play. He's a wide player who is quick and wants to take players on."

George’s loan was extended and he scored in three consecutive matches – a 2-1 defeat against Kingstonian played at Corinthian Casuals on 17.11.18, a 4-1 defeat at home to Bishop’s Stortford on 24.11.18 and in a 2-1 win at Potters Bar Town on 1.12.18.

George returned to the club in March 2019 to bring his total of appearances for the club up to 23.

George was released by Colchester at the end of the 2018-19 season and joined East Thurrock United but was let go early in the season.
