Player Profile:
Big forward who was a product of the academy at Dartford.
Harvey joined Corinthian of the Isthmian South East during the 2021-22 season and scored five goals in 17 games. He ended that season at Ramsgate, where he only made a handful of appearances.
Having scored several times in pre-season, Harvey signed for Margate for the 2022-23 campaign. He scored on his Isthmian League debut for the club in a 2-0 win at Bowers & Pitsea on 16.8.22. He then scored in a 1-0 FA Cup win against Aylesbury United in a tie played at Chesham United on 2.9.22. He also scored in the following round of the FA Cup as Margate lost 2-1 at Dulwich Hamlet on 17.9.22.
Despite his early season success, he joined SCEFL side Glebe on dual registration in September 2022.
Harvey made a one-off return to Hartsdown on 15.11.22 to play in a 3-0 home win over Sheppey United in the Kent Senior Cup. He didn't feature regularly until February and didn’t score again until a 3-1 win in the Kent Senior Cup semi-final against Ramsgate on 18.4.23. He scored twice in the next match, a 2-3 home defeat to Potters Bar on 22.4.23.
After the Potters Bar match, manager Reece Prestedge told Kent Online: "I’m pleased for Harvey. We have always known Harvey can get on the scoresheet and produce something.
"He’s only 19 so he’s got loads of time. He just needs to pick the right choices with what he does in the next few weeks. If he gets it right and cracks on, he could be a good striker in this league and maybe the league above. He has a lot to learn but a lot of potential as well, which is nice."
Harvey made six sub appearances at the start of 2023-24 without scoring. He joined Whitstable Town on dual registration in September 2023, a move that became permanent. Harvey was still with Whitstable in 2024-25 and played in their FA Vase run to Wembley.
Harvey scored Whitstable's first goal in their 2-1 win against AFC Whyteleafe in the FA Vase Final at Wembley on 11.5.25. He was also named as the Man of the Match.
Sittingbourne signed Harvey in summer 2025.
