Forward Henry had featured for our U23 team before making his first-team debut as a sub in a 3-1 Kent Senior Cup win at Herne Bay on 12.9.17. He then started a 3-1 Isthmian League Cup win at home to East Grinstead on 19.9.17. His first league start was in a 2-1 defeat at Enfield Town on 7.10.17. He was part of the championship-winning U23 team in 2017-18.

In March 2019, Henry signed for Worthing but spent 2019-20 with VCD Athletic. Henry was briefly with Phoenix Sports in 2021-22.

Henry resurfaced at Stoke Gifford United of the Gloucestershire County League in 2023-24, then moving to Mangotsfield United of the Hellenic League. In 2024-25, he appeared for Sporting Khalsa of the Northern Premier League Midland Division.
