Player Profile:

Local player who attended The Charles Dickens School in Broadstairs and played in their Under-15s side that reached Kent Schools Under-15 Cup Final during the 2006/07 campaign. Joe also featured in Dover's Under-15s team during the season.

He captained Dover Under-16s during 2007/08 and then joined Ramsgate in the summer of 2008.

Joe played for the Rams' reserves during 2008/09 and stayed with the club for the start of the 2009/10 campaign. After he'd featured as a sub in some of Ramsgate's pre-season games in the summer of 2009, manager Jimmy Ward told the Isle of Thanet Gazette: "He's come on in our last three friendlies and done nothing but impress. Likes to beat a man." Joe went on to make one substitute appearance for the Rams in the Isthmian League Division 1 South and then joined Margate later in the 2009/10 season.

Joe played regularly for Margate's reserves and, on 30.3.10, he made a one-off appearance for the first team when he wore the number seven shirt in a 2-0 defeat at Welling in the Kent Senior Cup.

He dropped into local football for the 2010/11 campaign and Joe was still playing in the Thanet Sunday Football League during 2013/14.
