Player Profile:

As a youngster, Joe was on the books at Chelsea and Reading. He was loaned by Reading to Metropolitan Police in 2014-15. Joe played against Margate on 31.3.15, a game Met Police lost 3-0 at Imber Court. He was on loan at Farnborough in 2015-16.

He played one game for Margate in 2016-17 - a 1-1 draw against Hungerford Town at Hartsdown in National League South on 3.9.16. He had been signed on loan from Reading as cover for the injured Lewis Ward.

In December 2016, he then joined Isthmian League Carshalton Athletic on a youth loan until the end of the season.

Joe joined Crystal Palace in the summer of 2017 and featured regularly for the Eagles' U23 side as they won the southern division of the Professional Development League.

He also spent September 2017 on loan at Tooting & Mitcham. There was also a spell at Isthmian South East side Whyteleafe in 2018-19.

Joe made the bench as an unused sub for the Eagles' first-team on two occasions - against Liverpool at Anfield on 19.1.19 and versus Tottenham Hotspur at Selhurst Park in the FA Cup on 27.1.19.

Joe returned to Margate on loan from Palace in 2019-20. His first appearance was in a 2-1 FA Cup win at Horsham YMCA on 7.9.19. He went on to make 35 appearances that season and kept seven clean sheets.

At the end of the season, Joe then joined National League South side Havant & Waterlooville, initially for the play-offs as cover for Ross Worner. The deal then became permanent for 2020-21.

Joe made a solitary appearance for Tonbridge at home to Braintree on 12.3.22 in a 0-0 draw in National League South.

In 2023-24, Joe was a goalkeeper coach with Crystal Palace women's team.
