Player Profile:

Tall centre half who signed for Margate ahead of the 2019-20 campaign. He made one appearance during the season, in a 2-1 win at Cheshunt on 14.9.19 when he deputised for Ben Swift.

Lekan then played for Corinthian, where he was young player of the year in 2021-22, before joining Sheppey United in summer 2022. Lekan played every single minute of the campaign and was voted players’ player of the season for 2022-23.

He was in the Sheppey team that lost 4-1 at home to Walsall in the FA Cup First Round on 3.11.23.

In 2024-25, Lekan was captain of Sheppey. In summer 2025, after 144 appearances for Sheppey, Lekan left the club and signed for Welling United.
