Player Profile:

Keeper born in Stevenage who spent several years with Stotfold Juniors as a youth. His father Richard was heavily involved with the club and Luke's last season with Stotfold was 2007/08.

In the summer of 2008 he moved into senior football with Caldecote of the Bedfordshire Football League and Luke played for them throughout the 2008/09 campaign as an 18 year-old. He also featured in the league's representative side.

Luke started 2009/10 at Caldecote too but in September 2009 he had a brief spell at Margate.

Luke played in a 0-0 draw with AFC Hornchurch in the Isthmian League Premier Division at Hartsdown Park on 26.9.09 and the Thanet Times said "it was difficult to say if he's any good because he didn't have anything to do". Luke didn't play again and immediately returned to Caldecote.

He was living in Hitchin at the time of his spell with Margate.
