Striker Marshall was originally with Ebbsfleet United’s Academy. On 4.3.15, he was one of five players to score hat-tricks in a 17-0 win over Margate in a Football Conference Youth Alliance fixture.

In 2016-17, he appeared for SCEFL side Deal Town.

He played twice for Margate’s first-team - as a sub in a 3-1 Kent Senior Cup defeat at Hythe Town on 21.8.18, then he started a 2-0 Isthmian League Cup defeat at Tooting & Mitcham United on 18.9.18.
