6' 0" tall Dartford-born centre-forward who made six first-team appearances without scoring for Gravesend & Northfleet during the 1949/50 season and a further three appearances without scoring at the start of the 1950/51 campaign.

Percy then joined Margate in December 1950 but only made one appearance, in a Kent Senior Cup tie against Callenders Athletic at Hartsdown Park on 16.12.50, before departing.
