5' 10" player who joined Margate in January 1948 and initially played for the reserves as a centre-back. However, the two first-team appearances he made during the 1947/48 season were both as a striker.

He made his debut in a 4-0 Kent League win over Snowdown at Hartsdown on 7.2.48 but left the club in the summer of 1948.

His surname may have been spelt 'Holdermann' and he was almost certainly related to another Holderman(n) who played for Margate during the 1903/04 season.
