Player Profile:

Roman was an academy graduate at Gillingham and spent time at the end of 2018-19 on loan at Sittingbourne.

In 2019-20, Roman had a further loan at Sittingbourne before two more loans at Enfield Town and Ramsgate before he joined Margate on loan from Gillingham in January 2020.

He scored once in five appearances for the club, in a 2-1 win at Bognor Regis on 4.1.20.

Roman was released by the Gills at the end of January 2020 and joined Sittingbourne. He still had time to join Folkestone Invicta before the season was abandoned in March 2020 due to the pandemic. He signed for Faversham Town in summer 2021 but left in October and moved on to Tilbury.

He started 2022-23 at Tilbury but moved on to Maldon & Tiptree United and, in December 2022, signed for Grays Athletic where he stayed until the end of the season. Roman then returned to Tilbury and as top scorer helped them win the Essex Senior League in 2023-24. 

Roman started 2024-25 at Saffron Walden Town but returned to Sittingbourne for a fourth time on dual registration in December 2024.
