Stanley had a successful spell at SCEFL Premier club Snodland Town in 2024-25, scoring 12 times in 22 appearances. This attracted the attention of Chatham Town, who signed him in January 2025. Stanley was then loaned back to Snodland.

He was still at Chatham Town for the beginning of 2025-26 and scored eight times in the first two months of the campaign but then had an injury. In the second half of the season, he had loan spells at Sheppey United and AFC Croydon Athletic.

Stanley joined Margate on loan from Chatham in October 2026, making his debut in a 3-2 win at Peacehaven on 3.10.26.
