Born in Bromley, 6ft 2ins central defender Tyrone was a product of the Aspire Academy and started his career at Cray Wanderers in 2007 where he would go on to make 200 appearances. He was named Cray’s player of the year in 2011-12. In his time with Cray, Tyrone helped to launch a scheme that used football to tackle anti-social behaviour in St Mary Cray.

Tyrone joined Dover Athletic for the first time in 2013 and stayed at Crabble for four years. His time at Dover included a loan spell at Dartford in 2013-14. Tyrone played in Dover’s 4-0 FA Cup Third Round defeat at home to Crystal Palace on 4.1.15.

At the end of 2016-17, Tyrone left Dover to join Bromley and was an FA Trophy runner-up in 2017-18 when he played in the final Bromley lost on penalties against Brackley Town at Wembley in front of 31,000. The following season brought a first spell at Concord Rangers.

He made his debut for Grenada in a 2–0 CONCACAF Nations League loss to Cuba on 12.10.2018. He also represented England's six-a-side team at the 2019 Socca World Cup.

Tyrone spent 2019-20 at Hemel Hempstead Town but he returned to Concord Rangers in the summer of 2020.

As captain of Concord, Tyrone again tasted defeat at Wembley, this time in the 2020 FA Trophy Final against Harrogate Town that, due to Covid, was held on 3.5.21. Concord lost 1-0.

Dulwich Hamlet was Tyrone’s club in 2021-22 before spending the following season at Dover in National League South.

Tyrone joined Margate in the summer of 2023. He made his competitive debut for the club in the opening match of the season, a 2-1 win at home to Whitehawk in the Isthmian League on 12.8.2023. He scored his first goal for the club in a 3-1 FA Cup replay win at Folkestone on 19.9.2023. On Boxing Day, Tyrone was sent off for two bookable offences in a 0-0 draw away to Cray Wanderers. Tyrone finished the season with four goals from 34 appearances (plus one as sub) as Margate were relegated.

For 2024-25, Tyrone took on a player-coach role. He made a further 30 appearances during the season, including 11 as sub. At the end of the campaign, he announced his retirement from football.

Tyrone told the club website: "I've been contemplating retirement for some time, and it became clear to me recently that this is the right season to make that decision. My family is my primary motivation - they have sacrificed so much for me, and I want to spend quality time with them. Balancing business, training, and games had become increasingly challenging. Additionally, the number of games I could play each year was taking a toll on my body, and I want to leave the game in good health."

He added: "One of the key reasons I chose to retire is that I couldn’t think of a better place to conclude my career than at Margate. The fans here are truly the best I have ever encountered."

Tyrone took on a coaching role at Margate but, in September 2025, it was announced that he was relocating to Dubai.
