Player Profile:

Vance started his career as a youngster with Crystal Palace and Bristol City. He then dropped into non-league with Wealdstone before playing for Union 05 Kayl-Tétange in Luxembourg. He then returned to England to play for Enfield Town, Dunstable Town, Whyteleafe, Royston Town, Glebe and Sittingbourne.

He signed for Margate at the start of 2021-22. His first goal for Margate was in a 1-1 draw at Cheshunt on 28.8.21. Vance also scored in the next match, a long range swerving strike in a 2-1 home win against Cray Wanderers on 30.8.21.

He scored with a stunning strike in a 4-2 win at home to Leatherhead on 11.9.21. He grabbed two goals in a 3-1 win at Merstham on 12.10.21. He also scored twice in a 4-2 home win against Worthing on 14.12.21 - this took him to 11 goals for the season to that point.

However, the second half of the campaign saw fewer goals for Vance and he finished the season with 16 goals in all competitions from 52 appearances.

Vance left Hartsdown at the end of the season and started 2022-23 with Carshalton Athletic but he moved on to Ashford United of the Isthmian South East Division in October 2022. He sustained a knee injury 30 minutes after putting pen to paper when he was playing with friends at Goals football centre in Bexleyheath. He only made his debut for Ashford in April 2023. 

After appearing for Ashford in 2023-24, he left to join Herne Bay in March 2024. He then had a spell with Ramsgate before joining Hythe Town in October 2024.

In April, 2025 Vance joined VCD Athletic.
