Hartsdown Park Development Update, February 2002
With Margate riding high in the Conference, in February 2002 the club circulated a four-page A4 publication which outlined its plans to develop Hartsdown and appealed for supporters and residents to express their backing for the proposals to Thanet Council. The document included articles from manager Chris Kinnear and chairman Keith Piper.
