Kent League Cup Final – May 1954

In early May, 1954 Margate played Canterbury City in the final of the Kent League Cup, a competition which was competed by all Kent League, Division One teams. The match went to a replay with Margate the eventual winners. Maybe compensation for losing out on the Kent League title to Deal Town by 0.33 of a goal!
