Defender born in Bethnal Green, London who joined Thanet United from Thamesmead in March 1989 at the same time as his team-mates David Fells and Paul Domeney.

Lee made his debut on 18.3.89 as United lost 2-1 to Gravesend & Northfleet at Hartsdown and player-manager Garry Aldous said he was "a most able replacement" for the recently departed Ray Tumbridge. The Thanet Times agreed, saying that Lee "did a good job" at left-back. He also played in United's next game, a Southern League match at Folkestone on 25.3.89, and with three minutes to go Lee headed Thanet's equaliser in a 1-1 draw. He'd also given away the free-kick that had led to Folkestone's goal earlier on. Unfortunately Lee picked up a knee injury during the game and it turned out to be severe enough to end his season. He left the club in the summer of 1989 having played just twice.

Lee later rejoined Thamesmead and played for them during the 1991/92 campaign. He also had a spell at Crockenhill that included the 1993/94 season.

In 2011 Lee was manager of Seven Acre & Sidcup and also acted as the club's secretary. He was in charge as they took their place in the newly formed Kent Invicta League for the start of the 2011/12 season and lived in Erith at that time.

In the summer of 2012 Lee stepped down as Seven Acre's manager but stayed on as club secretary.

By April 2014 Lee was back in charge of Seven Acre and he was also the club's owner at that point, as well as acting as secretary.
