On 6.5.91 he scored the only goal of the game as Ramsgate beat Margate 1-0 at home to win the Isle of Thanet Gazette Cup and Peter stayed with the Rams for the start of the 1991/92 campaign too.

In January 1992 he joined Margate on trial but he left the club and returned to Ramsgate after only a week without playing a game at any level.

At the end of March 1992 Peter left the Rams and joined Canterbury but by May 1992 he was back at Southwood, scoring a 25-yarder for Ramsgate as they retained the Isle of Thanet Gazette Cup with a 3-1 win at Margate 5.5.92.
